Rogers is a northwest suburb of the Twin Cities. It was settled in 1854 and grew slowly until the 1972 construction of Interstate 94. The new freeway brought large companies into town and the city started steadily growing. After the 2012 annexation of neighboring Hassan Township the city grew to be 26 square miles with a population over 11,000.

Rogers was voted “Best Place to Raise Kids in Minnesota” in 2013 by Bloomberg Businessweek. With great schools, low poverty and crime, and many parks it provides the perfect environment to raise children. The city has 4 public schools, including a S.T.E.M elementary, which scored a 9 out of 10 on greatschools.org.

Roger’s is located far enough from the city that it provides great access to the outdoors and the small town feel while still being a reasonable distance to the Twin Cities. With larger lots with land to sprawling neighborhoods it is the perfect place to find a home that fits your needs.
