Right now you can build new construction in Maple Grove for as low as $229,000 on up to $1,295,000, there are over 85 recorded new construction sales in Maple Grove during  2013 so far this year. The average sales price was just over $500,000 Two Story with 4 bedrooms, 4 bath, with 3,300-3,400 finished square feet. This included popular side by side town homes, which we will see more of in 2014 and homes exceeding 5,000 sqf. Many neighborhoods now offer a community parks, pools, and clubhouses.
