Oxbow Creek has been a very popular development with all of the relocation buyers coming into work at the new Target office off of 610 in Brooklyn Park. Similar to other neighborhoods that I’ve blogged about in the past, Oxbow Creek had its tough days during the market down turn. Many homes were left unfinished and in some cases damaged, these homes as well as many of the lots went through the foreclosure process and back to the banks. Now the market has bounced back, and new construction is thriving in the area. Oxbow Creek has expanded into newer phases including Oxbow Creek West (2nd-5th), Oxbow Creek East, and Oxbow Creek Circle. Price range from low/mid 300s, to upper 500s. Most of the homes being built in Oxbow Creek now are two stories with 4 bedrooms up, 4 bathrooms, and an unfinished basement. This layout has proven to be very popular with relocation and move up buyers in the area.
